Margie Phillips has lived in Canby for 7 years with her husband and two girls.  

She was raised singing in the Catholic Church and treasures being able to continue this family tradition.  

She received a BA in Music Education from the University of Washington and a Masters in Music (Choral Conducting) from Portland State University.
 
She has taught music at all levels, from elementary school through university, and has especially fond memories of teaching high school choir.  

She currently enjoys teaching piano lessons and singing at St. Patrick's church.
